Incorporate bids? Keywords? Up-down paper rating? #21

Currently there is no way for reviewers to indicate their interest. It would be good if they were able to do so. Some examples:

  1. Allow bidding on papers.
  2. Allow reviewers to provide a list of keywords indicating their recent research interests.
  3. Allow reviewers to upweight or downweight their previously written papers.
