Purpose 🚀

Restore back icon for breadcrumbs with only one crumb.

Notes ✏️

Added a unique data-pka-anchor="breadcrumbs.back-link" attribute to use CSS to hide this icon if needed.
Needed soon for <PageHeader> after we remove the redundant org name crumb.
Updated Variations story and conformed to some Paprika Storybook conventions.
