This PR demonstrates how a typescript component can be built with the paprika publishing process. I'll delete the demo component once the code review is done.

• Updated tsconfig
• Updated eslint and prettier config
• Added transpile: types step for generating typing files for ts component
• Removed generateTypeDefinitions step, because it generates syntax errors in the d.ts file sometimes
• Added validate:ts step for using tsc to validate ts files
