UXD-1913: Panel stories

Purpose 🚀

Clean up Panel stories

Notes ✏️

Aligned the nav and footer in the "From Bottom" stories
Removed the purple nav in the "Group Panel" and "Push Content Panel" stories
Added Co-Planar to the stories
Made the Open/Close button more visible (changed it to kind="primary") - Panel stories needed to be neat and "pretty", but I took a very simple approach due to my lack of creativity. If you have any other suggestions, please leave the comments and I will implement them. Thank you very much.

Updates 📦

If you have changed a component's source code (not stories, specs, or docs), before merging your branch run yarn changeset. This will prompt you to:
