UXD-1980 Add Takeover Footer

Purpose 🚀

Add footer to the takeover base on approved design proposal

Updates 📦

• Added footer component and related style
• set default footer layout and enable the option allows users to include their own footer content
• updated content component style so it's take the full height of the take over
• updated stories to display the change
• updated document

If we update the subComponents here https://github.com/acl-services/paprika/blob/786d62ebf480e877944cb548e7f236f4a274de34/packages/Takeover/package.json#L37 and then run yarn in paprika root folder, the parser scripts/typesFiles.js should pickup the changes
