fix(AddressMomentCVE): reinstall moment to bump hoisted versions

Purpose 🚀

Fix moment CVE. It's independent of LP fix. addressing it as well since it was raised 👍 https://aclgrc.atlassian.net/browse/ADM-3039

Notes ✏️

• Ran yarn why moment to identify the dependency tree
• Since is not directly added to any package, I deleted the blocks in yarn.lock and I ran yarn install again.
• The reinstall adds required versions hoisted under the latest update 2.29.3
• Verified with yarn audit the CVE alert is gone
