Fix orc package upstream reference. #44

The previous anonscm.debian.org URL reference did not work for me. I think this pulls the correct version of the correct package, the version numbers match. But I'm not sure how to test.

I found the same independently when building the 32-bit version under Ubuntu 16.04. Tested 64-bit version as well. So an upvote for this change :-)

@mi-g , i have updated many of the other repository link, which includes this code adjustment. so we can close this one, and merge the one that i have done in: #73

All library sources have been updated in 1.6.0
