error in instructions #2

when I used the command from readme python3 main1.py ~/Dropbox/annotation/ ~/Dropbox/annotation/eg/ random --t 1 --n 10 --c_on 1 --c_off 0,5 --temp native

I get:

ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: '0,5'
