[x] Drop AudioKit
[x] Implement sound synthesis via AudioUnit

It's currently a huge struggle to get it to work on tvOS—more struggle than it's worth. I can replace all the functionality we need with some code I wrote in the past.

AudioKit officially doesn't support tvOS yet. https://github.com/audiokit/AudioKit/issues/234
