Note response time can be improved #24

A better balance between quick response times and avoiding "ghost" notes when quickly tapping buttons should be reached.

Now I'm not so sure. In a previous project I had the delay set at 0.05, and it's currently at 0.03 here. Making it too much smaller might make the ghost notes too noticeable again.
