Add Webflow base styling for dev template #2

The visualizations will eventually land as Webflow elements, and Webflow will have its own style. In order to ensure that our visualizations will look the same when inserted to Webflow, some of the Webflow styling is copied as base styles for the dev template.

Are we also doing vanilla CSS? Do you have any opinions on how to set up the styling?

Nah no real opinions on style. Probably we'll be able to inherit most of the webflow styling so I'd say let's just use regular CSS.
