4 years ago - Modifies the smartcrop arguments to use an optional face detection flag, for better cropping results (see https://github.com/aclu-national/elections-api/issues/36).
- Modifies the order of sources we check for photos (bioguide, then wikipedia)
- Adds updated 116th congress photos, cropped using the modified settings
- Adds updated (new) 116th congress photos for many of the newer legislators, who didn't have official congressional portraits when we ran this script the first time around.
