Some of the changes were reverted. You'll also notice that the dist/ folder is in this commit. I thought that would have fixed the file not found issues but it didn't and I realized that folder should be included as it contains the Sailthru ready templates. @barsinister @rachelruby So not need to review any of the dist folder changes.
