Find a location for the tech expo and book it for mid February

Filed for an account with https://schedule.ucdenver.edu/. need to wait for account activation. AB 2500 is currently listed as available all day.

tried to book ACAD-2500 & ACAD-2500A, so we can use both rooms. there is a 'conflict' according to the site, but, no information on the conflict in the reservation system. i've emailed tech support.

ok, just found: "Classrooms are released for events for Spring 2016 on December 14, 2015" says site. going to ask sarah, since she suggested we book sooner.

ugh. despair. went in to register but was blocked yesterday by what seemed like a glitch. found that explanation: no events can be booked. but then, today, went back, and some science fair has blocked off ALL rooms on the evening of the 18th and all day of the 19th.

i say foul play, i got shafted.

so, what can we do. 18th is off. 11th is off (the donor dinner). 12th is booked. but, every other day back and forward a week is open. maybe we can pick a date quickly and book it.

and raise hell with them if we get any more site errors.

nothing on the ucdenver.edu events calendar. should we move to wednesday? 10th or 17th? same times?
