Each title component has different colors and a cookie next to it. We need to accomodate for those changes
Props: food and color
Create a data file called Title.js.
For food, create an object containing images (placed in Title.js). when "heart" is passed in for instance, the correct cookies will display.
If no food prop is passed in, the title should not display any food next to it.
Color is the same concept (also placed in Title.js). if "red" is passed in then it should return "bg-biscuits-red-100" for lighter color and "bg-biscuits-red-200" for darker color
If there are other components that uses Title, update them.
