checkbox not checked when clicked on admin dashboard pages image

possible root cause: issue persists across different admin dashboard page, so maybe bug exist in generateSelect() or Checkbox.tsx checkbox.jsx and checkbox.tsx ui exist - khandrew database issue - stormy
