Marketplace deployment

• [x] Generate a certificate for marketplace.acmuic.org
• [x] Update Traefik to send traffic from marketplace.acmuic.org to the marketplace application
• [x] Update the application to use new .env variables (Sysadmin needs to know the variable names to set):
  • Pocketbase URL
  • SMTP Host
  • SMTP Port
  • SMTP User
  • SMTP Pass
