faq section in index page #86

What

I created a FAQ section in index page with bootstrap and similar design

Why

I found the issue. I am good at Bootstrap and I believe this Faq page fits the overall design.

How

I used bootstrap and followed your own html structure. I didn't change much on text layout but i changed the font color.

@emred2700 the changes look good, can you ensure that the colours are alternating and the font matches the other(Lato - font)
