In this PR

Discord application command capable of updating the acmcsuf.com/* shorlinks data.

How it's done

This is a slash command where the alias and destination are required to automate a commit on the main branch.

Example usage

/shorter alias:linux destination:https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/12Pmlsdx3PDfbJgn84JnknfE1Nxo_VgFSC9giBoJ2MRo/edit?usp=sharing
