[mobile] Create IoT device to represent Shipment Truck Status #9

This can be a dummy Bluemix IoT application, a real raspberry Pi or a "Driver Dashboard" mobile application (kind of like the devices FedEx drivers carry)

In theory, everything about this application could be faked except for "the button", right?

@dokun1 I was thinking a little more about this... we would want this app to represent a real truck driver... but we dont have a real truck driver. We should be able to show real changes in the Logistics Wizard app as buttons are pressed in the mobile app. In addition, the IoT data could be things like... speed, weather and humidity - we'd want to see those updating as well.
