Attempt 2 of #65, directly merging the SDK from the official repo.

Tested it and it works, there are duplicates in the op modes list for some reason though... (ignore the last two, those are blocks opmodes but also appear duplicated in the list for some reason)

Disclaimer: using my own Xiaomi android 10 phone over local wifi so results could differ from official FTC hardware
