Field and robot tracking not showing in Dashboard using Localization Test #360

Observed Behavior

The field and robot tracking does not show up when running the Localization Test. Older versions of Roadrunner showed the robot and field. Autonomous and tuning opmodes do as well. For some reason I don't get the field or robot tracking on the dashboard with this one opmode.
