Update GVF System #54

This PR adds new GVF follower capabilities (such as dynamic online mp and holonomic GVF.) If you want me to write any additional unit/integration test let me know.

Perhaps someone will come along and see this valuable work to completion. But I don't want to give false hope in the interim.
