Everything works but spline test #74

I have a six wheel tank drive which can do all of the tuning steps correctly, however it fails on the spline test miserably. Is there any reason for this?

Hard to pinpoint the problem with just that information. Do you have a picture of the path taken vs path intended? Is there any feedback involved? Which follower is in use?
