Enable opening projects by selecting them in the native Windows File Explorer and when a .eo1 files is shared or otherwise triggered from another application. The following criteria should be met when a project load is triggered from outside Ensemble of One:
[x] If Ensemble of One is open and on the Main Menu, load the project without asking the user any questions. If the Settings menu is open, dismiss it, and then load the project.
[x] If Ensemble of One is not open, open directly to the loading screen and load the project.
[x] If Ensemble of One is currently open in another project, close it, and then open the new project.
