System "back" event still fires in tablet mode when dialog box is open #109

This issue only occurs when the Windows 10 devices is in tablet mode.

If the user takes an action that triggers an OS dialog window, the Taskbar "Back" button is still functional. Pressing the "Back" button with an OS dialog window open may navigate Ensemble of One into an invalid state.
