Serial number bug #6

Serial number bug: In the Admin section of the program while adding a new source and destination. All serial numbers are added to be 0. This causes problems in selecting the driver the user wants.

Expected: The display of serial numbers needs to be fixed. Serial numbers displayed must be the ones that are seen in the admin section of view source and destination.
