Add a Textview that displays a random quote or a funny joke every time the app is launched.

Note: If the jokes aren't funny then no bounty points will be given. And if the jokes are especially horrendous, bounty points will be deducted. Because we definitely can do that 🤫🤥

There is a block time of 30 minutes for @NandanHemanth to work on this. If Nandan doesnt ask for an extension or doesnt give any updates then I will assign this to you @MaNameEJeff
