Add a search bar #4

What to do?

Add a search button on the top right. When a user clicks on it, the "Note that you want to add" textfield changes to "Search for a note" and the icon button changes from + to a search icon. After that, when a user searches for a note, the list of notes should be updated to only show the desired list of notes.

@VishalS-HK this issue has been blocked right now by @tnayagarwal for the 45mins not including the freeze time between 9 and 10pm after which you can be assigned this issue. In the meantime, there are plenty of other issues to work on. Check them out!
