Feature request: Implement network monitoring modules

Description

Complete the network monitoring module using psutil library. Hint: Check out the psutil documentation for network-related modules.

Prefered Implementation

Keep it simple and clean. Make sure the output of the network modules is parsed properly.

Things to note

The network modules usually return lists or dictionaries make sure you parse them before displaying the output.
Make sure to input the defined time delay.
Comments, if necessary.
