Windows 10 :

Version - 22H2 OS Build number - 19045.2130

The Memory Usage, CPU usage and Disk Usage are being recursively tracked(python interpreted language). the 'FALSE' is popping up due to Windows being unable to ping 'www.google.com'

Windows11:

Version - 21H2 OS Build number - 22000.1098

The Memory Usage, CPU and disk usage are being recursively tracked(python interpreted language). The 'FALSE' is popping up due to windows 11 being unable to ping 'www.google.com'

Cpmparing 10 & 11 :

Windows 10 and 11 share a lot of similarities, but the biggest changes are in the interface, widgets and integrations. Since Windows 11 is more optimised and more efficient in terms of gaming and even managing system background processes, it has more Mac-OS aesthetics and also is heavier on resources.
