Added code to function showNetworkResource() to show the network I/O statistics Used psutil.net_io_counters()

Output in Windows 10 looks something like this:

Hey @AdithyaPadmashali! Good effort at making the network module! There seems to be an issue with the formatting, the refresh sequence isn't happening. The values are just stacking on top of each other. Also, the Dropped_incoming and Dropped_outgoing are out of place. Please do give it another check and let me know. Also please DM me on discord.
