Create POST /dishes endpoint #2

Create a POST /dishes endpoint to create a dish which takes in just a name and creates a dish in the Dish table.

Please remember to create a unit test for the above endpoint in main_test.go update the openapi.yaml to document the above changes!

Idk why but it just pauses at 7% when I try to clone it

Its probably a internet issue. Since the sqlite db file is checked into the repo, the repo size is a little big huge
