[CORE] Implement command execution #2

Add a feature that allows remote command execution on the machine where the listener is running.

TODO:

Implement a method to handle the received commands, execute them on the server, and return the output back to the C2 server.
Create a new API endpoint (/execute-command) that accepts POST requests with the following payload:
```
{
"command": "arbitrary_command",
"listener_id": "listener_id"
}
```
Be sure to test the validity of the endpoint
