Missing a very Important aspect of the Game !!!

If you've tried playing game (run the uno.exe file)

OSX users: re-compile main.c and run the output file

You'll have noticed something criminal ! || There's no way to shout UNO !!! ||

Yes, you pretty much know what we're getting to XD Implement the game's iconic "UNO" and "UNO callout" for players on their last card and other players who wait to pounce for calling out players you forget to shout out UNO !

The game is currently turn-based, and assumes all players are on the same system. You'll have to think of a creative way to implement the UNO shoutout and callout system so that it's fair to all players.
