Change the "AQI based on PIN code" menu #40

The next page button on the main page redirects to a page where you can enter the zip code of a area to get its AQI level. However, we are not using that feature anymore. Modify this page so that you can get the weather forecast for 5 days with data every 3 hours by city name. refer to https://openweathermap.org/forecast5#name5 for the required api calls.
