This branch is dedicated to enable the functionality of validator, checks for the file under attribute_customizations

There are 4 test:

• test1: check for each line to contain exactly 8 fields
• test2: check for value in "Display is the deviation reasonable?" to be true or false
• test3: check for "Error Types" column to be numbers from 1,2,3,4
• test4: check for "Display is Free Text Question?" to be true or false
