Sidebar Discord link still uses old Discord icon #521

The difference is subtle, but Discord has a new icon post redesign. We're still using the old one.

Also, I think that their embedded widget (on the Discord page of the portal) still uses the old Discord color scheme.

Checking the server widget options in the Discord server appears to show a new widget with the new Discord color scheme, so we should probably adopt that one instead.

The same old Discord icon is also present on the About ACM page.
