Initial merge of messaging & tickets. Will have a additional merge in the future, this is to introduce groundwork and schema changes.

• Add socketii, pusher, and trpc

• remove realtime package

• Migrations

• Fix trpc, add db relations

• Temp hide tickets

• Format + fix lockfile
