Upgrade Drizzle #56

We are lagging behind version-wise which is breaking certain things with tooling like studio.

Drizzle or Drizzle Kit? Because I believe I upgraded them both. The major Drizzle-kit change was 0.21.0 which we are well above that at 0.22.7. As for Drizzle-orm, our version is 0.31.2 vs the newest of 0.33.0
