Fix registration blocking bug #87

Why

It appears that the Zod schema under the levelOfStudy value never actually included "Recent Grad" which leads to errors in registration and the submission will go through

What

Added "Recent Grad" to Zod schema
Added a feedback message under submit button for now to tell users that there was an issue
Put Computer Science and Cyber Security at the top of the Major dropdown
