Description

Make the nav menu on mobile more responsive

Requirements

Collapsable menu on mobile
Nav menu should stay the same for larger screen sizes
Menu should slide out from the right side of the screen when the menu button is pressed
Main page content should not be scrolling while menu is open
The menu icon to change to a close button when the menu is open
