still can't stamp the version number on it. #18

              seems i finally put it all together, but still can't stamp the version number on it. will need to update the solution and pipeline to have AssemblyInfo files and use a find/replace to get the version number to be what is in the repo tag.

not fixed, the version tag isn't accepted by the build engine. need another way... another day
