On merge request of feature branch for slimcounter

[ ] #28 Rebuild and deploy php documentation
[ ] #27 Run slimcounter tests
[ ] Build doc from swagger.json if its valid using [[https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-codegen][Swagger Codegen]]

After successful merge into slimcounter master there should be a github page at [[http://acolono.github.io/opencounter_api]] with:

phpdoc generated documentation
swagger-gen documentation
behat reports
phpspec report

we want to be able to test builds locally without needing to push them.
