When I change the current dir with Alt+Left or Alt+Right, my prompt does not update to show that the dir changed #79

This was quite confusing until I figured out what was going on.

I am using https://github.com/acomagu/fish-async-prompt/commit/a89bf4216b65170e4c3d403e7cbf24ce34b134e6 because of https://github.com/acomagu/fish-async-prompt/issues/75, so I wouldn't know if this was fixed after that.
