Hi

How about to add options to use NoiseSuppressor and AcousticEchoCanceler? Also hope this can help with https://github.com/acomminos/Plumble/issues/126

I am almost certain this is the right solution for the referenced Plumble issue. I made the nearly trivial code changes to test this, but I cannot for the life of me get the build system working.
