Discord Server? #75

I think it would be very neat if the project had an official Discord server where people could discuss and share their findings (like prompt additions) when using the home-3b models and/or Llama Conversation integration, as well as discuss the progress of the ever improving home-3b model.

I won't get too into it here, but Discord is not really a good tool for a project like this. It makes documentation hard to find and requires significantly more effort to moderate.
