App crashes with IndexArrayoutOfBoundsException #2

Description

The app was crashing because was trying to parse information from a beacon that advertises only the initial part of the format without data.

Changes

Moved the obtention of the data format to check the correct byte array size
Removed a boolean value that was avoiding the views to be correctly displayed
