Since the move of msl to the graphics backends, msl libraries are disabled. That feature need to be back.

[x] Call libs in msl code
[ ] Backtrack all shaders in the backends that use those libraries and recompile. (Optional)

Using shader libraries is already working.

Backtracking is done in the msl database when updating shaders. This causes another problem tough. See #64
