CMake Finding Windows SDK #179

There is no Windows SDK CMake find module. At the moment, the SDK is hardcoded.

There is a simple solution where the default paths are searched. The SDK version is taken from CMake and matched to the folders in the SDK directory. The script tries multiple subdirectories.
